FAQ’s

  • I aim to create a space for you to speak freely without fear of judgment. I’ll ask guided questions to better understand what matters most to you and what you wish to address. By the end, we’ll start shaping a plan for our work together. My hope is that you leave feeling understood and with a sense of direction and hope for the process ahead.

  • I believe that support should be accessible without compromising the sustainability of our work together. To honor both your financial reality and the health of my practice, I offer a sliding scale based on your annual household income. Please use the recommended guidelines below to identify a fee that works best for you.

    • $125 per session: Annual household income below $60,000

    • $135 per session: Annual household income between $60,000 – $85,000

    • $150 per session: Annual household income between $85,000 – $110,000

    • $165 per session: Annual household income between $110,000 – $135,000

    • $175 per session: Annual household income above $135,000 (Standard Fee)

  • In many cases it is clinically appropriate to meet once a week.

    During our initial assessment we will consider your goals for therapy and current needs. We may determine together that meeting more or less frequently is the best fit for you.

  • Every "inner landscape" is different. Some clients feel a significant shift in just a few sessions, while deeper, complex "root systems" may take much longer to untangle. Together we will map out a pace that honors your system and aims to keep you within your Window of Capacity.

  • Standard sessions are 53 minutes.

    Some clients find that for an EMDR processing session they wish to schedule a 90 minute session (prorated) to maximize efficiency.

  • I kindly request 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments.
